Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, and whatever you tell us about the job. We also record which service and urgency you picked, so the enquiry arrives already sorted.

We don’t collect anything else. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no tracking script, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies to ask you about.

We use it to answer your enquiry and quote for the work. That’s all. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with anyone for marketing, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.

If you become a customer, we keep the job record for six years. HMRC requires that for business records, and gas work can need to be traced back years later. If you enquire and nothing comes of it, we delete the enquiry after twelve months.

Form submissions are delivered by email, so they pass through our email provider on the way to us. Certificates for gas work are lodged with Gas Safe Register and, for installations, with Building Control — that’s a legal requirement, not a choice. Nobody else receives your details.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@plumbingandheatingnetwork.co.uk and we’ll deal with it within a month. If you think we’ve handled your details badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
