Plumbing & gas services for landlords and managing agents

A different job from a homeowner call: compliance on a deadline, tenants to coordinate with, and often several units in one building. Certificates issued digitally the day of the inspection.

Covering North & Northwest London and the Hertfordshire borders, from our base in Colindale.

Gas testing equipment connected during a safety inspection

When people call us about this

  • A gas safety certificate is due or has expired
  • A tenant has reported a leak or a boiler fault
  • You've taken on a new property or block to manage
  • A communal system keeps failing and nobody has got to the bottom of it
  • You want one engineer across several units instead of a rota

How the job runs

  1. 01

Scheduled around access, not around us

We can contact tenants and arrange access directly, which takes the back-and-forth off your desk. Missed appointments get rebooked without becoming your problem.

  2. 02

    Whole buildings in one visit

Blocks and portfolios get scheduled together in one visit. Fewer visits, less disruption, one invoice.

  3. 03

    Paperwork the day it's done

Certificates issued digitally on the day of the inspection, so the 28-day deadline never becomes the thing you're chasing.

From real jobs

“Professional and reliable”

A brilliant company. They installed my new boiler, built a brand new and bespoke pipe network for the gas in my home and regularly maintains my entire home system. Always professional and reliable, which is not what you can say about the rest of the industry.

Questions we get asked

How quickly do I get the certificate?
The same day as the inspection, issued digitally. You have 28 days to give a tenant their copy, and that clock is a lot easier to beat when the record isn't in the post.
Can you deal with tenants directly?
Yes. We can arrange access straight with them and report back to you, which is usually faster than routing every message through the agent.
Do you work on communal boilers and plant rooms?
Yes. Shared risers and communal systems behave differently from a single domestic system, and a fault reported in one flat frequently isn't in that flat at all.
What happens if an appliance fails the check?
It gets reported and, with your permission, made safe on the spot. Nothing beyond making safe happens without your say-so, and you get told what it takes to put right.
