New boilers and full replacements, sized to the property, which often isn't what was there before. We fit all the major manufacturers, Vaillant among them, and the warranty comes from whichever one goes in — up to 12 years on parts and labour, depending on the make and on fitting a magnetic filter with it. Installations are registered with Building Control, and an annual service keeps the warranty live.

How the job runs

    Size it to the house

    Heat loss, radiator count, how many outlets run at once. An oversized boiler cycles and wears itself out. An undersized one never keeps up. Buying bigger fixes neither.

  2. 02

    Install and register

    Whichever manufacturer suits the house — we fit all the major ones, Vaillant included. It goes in with a magnetic filter and the system treated, so the new boiler isn't left circulating the old one's debris. Registered with Building Control and with the manufacturer.

  3. 03

    Commission and hand over

    Balanced, controls set up, and you get shown how it works. Building Regulations compliance certificate follows digitally.

Questions we get asked

What warranty do I get?
That depends on the boiler. The warranty is the manufacturer's, not ours, so it varies by make and by what goes in alongside it — up to 12 years on parts and labour at the top end, and several manufacturers only grant their longest cover if a magnetic filter is fitted too. We'll tell you the exact figure for the boiler we're quoting before you commit. Whatever it comes to, an annual service is the condition. Miss it and the warranty lapses, which is worth knowing now.
Why fit a magnetic filter with a new boiler?
Because the debris in the old system doesn't disappear when the boiler does. A filter catches it before it reaches the new heat exchanger, and it's the cheapest insurance on the whole job.
Do I need a bigger boiler for more hot water?
Usually not. A combi heats water on demand, so it has a ceiling regardless of size. Where several outlets run at once, the answer is stored hot water.
